Did you know theres coral in Scottish waters? Discover how a barren seabed transformed into a vibrant seascape Slav: A wonderful bit of news in a time of such decline and damage in the natural world, we should all take a note from this and protect our local wildlife and natural wonders, as long as we stop destroying and get rid of the current human influences and pollutants, nature will do the rest as it always has.

The Gulf of Mexico. Currently it's a salty, nasty, brown cesspool. Absolutely awful to go swimming in and infested with jellies. I'm sure it was once beautiful 200 years ago. Maybe even blue.
The fish from the Gulf taste great but it's an ugly mess otherwise. Murky brown warm salty doodoo water.

Here in Dominican Republic I guess all the marine protected areas are in the right places, but the problem is that they are just in a piece of paper, so they are been depleted just like if they are not protected areas.

That's amazing. I'm so happy right now. If I could start a marine protection area I would start it in Jamaica. The reefs are beautiful there but unfortunately they are heavily overfished and are in quick decline

That's nice and giving hope for the future of our planet. But even if it's not visible to us the same damage is done by dredging in depth sea and as life is slower there recovery time will be longer

Great potencial for marine life, being visited by whales and dolphins. But the illegal fishing it's vast and terrible

We love seeing someone who does't give up on our planet in the face of adversity, but finds a way to solve problems like this one.
