There is plenty of videos of Gorilla's reacting to a large mirror. Search iut here on You Tube, You will get a kick out of the male silver back falls in love with himself. Kisses himself. and looks at his teeth close op. Looks at his backside. There is also videos of chimps doing about the same thing. Along with leopard's, and elephant's. You will love them.

Wonderful footage. Probably silly for me to try to guess from such a small clip and with my tiny knowledge and zero experience with these beautiful creatures, but it seemed like they were reaching around the mirror as if to try to touch the gorilla they saw in the reflection.

Unbeknownst to anyone, one of the blood sucking flies actually recognized itself in the mirror. Couldn't handle the sight and drowned itself in the river later that day.
