We are not animal, we don't act like an animal, we have feelings and thoughts, animals they have the same thing, but In nature Animals have instinct that they only attack to survive, we Human already made food out of scratch, we hunt for food as well but it has gone to a point that majority of species that once stable now gone to endangered, some got instinct, Us human now realized that is a problem, so we stopped doing it, but some still have to do it inorder to live, it's not like everyone can just stop Hunting and just farm, grow food, fish, ect. We don't have the luxury or skill to do those things, some people knows how to do it but they don't have enough resources to do it, don't have enough tools, don't have enough lands to do it, hunting is normal, People hunts and kills everyday, If they have to kill it inorder to survive, they will. Animals also have to hunt to live, to survive, they are more likely to die, but if they are causing Danger to us, we have to act, we capture and protect them instead of hunting them, but if we can't do that in some situation, we had to put the animal down, to ensure safety to the resident living there whether it a human, or some endanger species. Animals don't understand us, but we understand them, that's why we stopped hunting them but instead protecting them, they don't understand us, but they will still hunt us if we expose our back to them, they will do anything to survive. We also have to do the same to, if Anyone got attack by a bear or any other Hunters, they wouldn't be like:
Oh this one is endangered, i should let it kill me so we can save it
No, they would using anything they have whether it is a gun or a knife, they will use it to kill or to stop the attack, if they manage to knock it down, the person who's being attack may get overwhelm with the amount of stress and decided to kill it to make sure he/she is safe. Everyone have different opinions toward things, that's what make us special, we do things differently compare to animals, People who's being called Animal are those who tends to be crazy, not normal, went overboard.
Some people hunt to pleasure their needs of joy, to train their Aim so in the future they will do better, A proper Mature person wouldn't just shoot and kill everything they see that is not human, they will go for animals that causes problems to the local resident like foxes, Coyotes, Mooses, ect.
Hunting to satisfy their thirst is not a bad things, but what kinda hunting is killing an animal and leave them there to rot? That's not hunting, that's just killing animals.

It's pretty funny seeing the comments about people hating hunters and telling them to go to the store to buy meat because it's more humane. But the meat at the stores is so full of chemicals and is treated so inhumane it's sickening. as a hunter myself I would rather know what my meat and food is from, how it was taken, and not handled by 4 different companies and countless employees and people. Hunters don't kill to just kill. Most hunters aren't even successful in thier hunts. And have a tag to fill. You are allowed 1 bear tag a year in most states. That's if you are even successful in that hunt. So the people saying go to the store and get food. I don't want a tortured, chemically fed, brutally and inhumanly kept animal that is suffering every day for it's entire life. How is that better? How is that humane. PS hunters are also the biggest supporters of the wildlife and conservation of the animals they hunt so don't hate. None of us would be here if it wasn't for our ancestors hunting and surviving off the land

This bear was obviously use to be around people and that is dangerous. I have no problem killing the animal for that reason. Its you liberal animal protecting wackos who are to blame for this. Guaranteed you are the dumb asses feeding the bears and laughing and taking pictures when they are around. if not for you they wouldn't have to be killed. YOU are to blame not the hunter.

You idiots have obviously never encountered bears in your real life aside from zoos. Bears are vicious and will attack you on whim, and eat you alive. Especially black bears. Hunting them is fine, they hunt humans.

Well, one positive is that durring hunting season bears are scared asf of people and run away immediately after seeing you. I've come across a ton living in canada, they're everywheere

If he was hunting legally, there is nothing tragic about this. There are a lot of people who hunt for food in the US. Hunting your own food is not wrong.
