They need to stop spraying non bio degradable herbicide toxins on the water hyacynth. It is their favorite and most nutritious food and it would slow the boats down. As the manatee numbers increased the water hyacynth would be controlled without no biodegradable poison

I remember some years ago one of these showed up on Milford Connecticut in a dock yard was a huge attraction because never happened before. was pretty cool seeing up here

Always have been fascinated by Manatees. Glad they are no longer endangered species. Grateful for the work of the animal rights groups and conservationists.

They should prohibit boat riding in areas that has manatees. OR put a barrier on the motor things. SAVE THOSE LOVELY MAMMALS!
