That video was amazing & thanks as always for these lecture videos! It was hilarious at times but so informative! It-s also sad that females don-t need to have an orgasm for conception. I was laughing at the researchers with papers being thrown at them for criticism lol & I was really rooting for the middle sperm to make it pass the innermost membrane of the oocyte but some sperm blocked him like a hater lol. That moment describes a lot of male competition lol.

A lot of men deal with embarrassment or insecurity when it comes to their size. Media has made it easy to view what is or what is perceived. Men now have seen that what is average for most males is not desired by most women. Reproduction being such a pivotal aspect of our existence. Could men be subconsciously perceiving their average size as a disadvantage because the sperm would have to travel further to reach its destination?

The ovum is not released into the uterus but in the fallopian tube and later the zygote travels down to the uterus for implantation. in case of ectopic pregnancy which most commonly occurs in fallopian tube is due to inability of the zygote to descend down to the uterus.

i thought it was interesting that when your tubes are tied for male and female the reproductive parts are literally just absorbed back into the abdomen and recycled or discarded.
