Yeah, I'll say it, because somebody has to: Fruitflies are cute, and I wish we didn't instinctively treat them as pests just for trying to find a safe place to live. As far as I've seen Fruitflies aren't as likely to make humans sick like houseflies, thought it is annoying when they get into our food.
I think it's really cool to see a fruitfly fall into a sink full of water and then just doggy paddle to the side to dry off.

I really don't know why this was recommended to me three years later, but I saw the fruit fly zombie fungus documentary and the fact that fruit flies are simpler versions of us just makes me more worried now.

I cant stand when fruit flies get into the garbage the fridge the freezer can I see well because I cant put up with them flying into my personal space especially up my nose disgusting
