What the Apollo 11 Site Looks Like Today

What the Apollo 11 Site Looks Like Today I am a moon-landing denier! The hubble telescope can see light years ahead into space, but Nasa nor any space agency has not once turned a decent camera onto the moon! Maybe there is a pact amongst space agencies Not to do this in order to prevent embarasing NASA! The moon itself is our natural satelite, why do we need a laser reflector to measure the distance from it to us? We have a space station barely a tenth of the distance away to the moon with the most advanced technology with the most highly trained international personnel! For the life of me, I can NOT fathom how 3 men, without todays technology, which is INADEQUITE apparently to get space station personnel to the moon. LANDED ON THE MOON WITH LESS BRAINPOWER THAN THE FIRST DIGITAL WATCH! What Solar wind? The moon hangs in a vacuum in space. The dust kicked up by the boosters on take-off would most likely have covered the items claimed to have been left behind. The ONLY -Proof- moon-landing disciples have is -WE SAW IT ON TV- Ok, I also saw Star wars, Independance Day, Buck Rogers and Alpha Centauri on tv. Infact Battlestar Galactica was far more believable.

Imagine how much more we could have achieved if the US and USSR had combined efforts rather than competetive ones.
Very excited that we are returning to the moon and then beyond.
I wonder, what will the deniers come up with when we see high quality close up photos of the Apollo landing sites.
Oh they will think of something for sure.
Rather than argue with them I say Yes this is all a simulation.
Nothing is real.
Including you the deniers.

Competition with the Soviets ended in about 1974, with Apollo 17. We have collaborated with the Russians ever since, over 50 years! Soyus, ISS, etc.

The competition with the Soviets ended with the Apollo program, say 1974, Apollo 17? We have collaborated with the Russians since then, say 52 YEARS!

A big factor that they didn't capture in the video is that the large door on the bottom left side of the LM should be open. That was called the MESA. They had experiments, equipment and the camera that broadcast Neil's first step on the moon in there. Later they moved the camera onto the tripod set further away, so that we and mission control could watch both astronauts work on the moon.

I see that they also left a pair of boots there. According to them, he climbed the ladder in socks. (5. 40)
They were never there. They never go there.

The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament showeth His handiwork.

Why it has not done after Armstrong 1969 although we have high tech & modern era today so it will be easier then 1969 to reach moon its means its a fake stories made by America that grey have reach moon in 1969 because in that era no modern techs so they make world fool easily

The manned moon landings were more complicated and perilous than the space shuttle earth orbits nearly a generation later but had no fatal mishaps unlike the latter. Simply amazing. NASA engineers and scientists in the 60s were probably better than those in the 80s.

8: 44 whats the best ISP on the moon? Will my Air Jordan's explode? Or just make me bounce further.
Can i use my I phone on the moon to phone home?
I'm tottaly joking, but someday these jokes could be reality. Now thats something to hang your hat on.

Everywhere we go we leave a junk yard.
Crashing probes on to prestine planets to leave a mess.
We need to stop wasting money on it and heal our mother earth. We may be smart but we have a
junk yard mentality.

If you were standing on the surface of the moon, and you looked up to the celestial sphere you would see a huge Earth shining down on you. Where are those movie or photo shots of the Large Earth? -

Utter balls, take a look at the post landing interview. Three very unhappy men who had just come home from the greatest ever human endeavor. They should have been over the moon with joy. They weren't.
reply

This video states that they guess that this is what the items may look after 53 years or so. So can we not use a telliscope to physically see the landing area and debris. Sounds like science has issues.
reply

How come no real photos of what is looks like today? We can take picutures of far away galaxies and can't see the moon landing site? Those conspiracy theorists have been batting 1000 lately.

I spent 4 years at Orroral Valley tracking station in Australia. Daily uploading of commands, and downloading data from ALSEP. A CSIRO team lased LRRR from their facility adjacent to Orroral.

Great video. Minor nit: the antenna on the seismometer and the laser retroreflector should have been shown pointed at earth, which was in the same direction as the LM leg with the ladder.

The fact that Aldrin had to be reminded and then just -threw- the commemorative medals on the ground instead of respectfully placing them in an appropriate location show what a dill he was!
reply

It-s my belief that Stanley Kubrick was used to fake the moon landing. It proved more expensive than anticipated as being the perfectionist he was he insisted it be filmed on location!

May the human race'es next adventure be TO STOP WARRING BETWIX EACH OTHER. If, or when that happens, may be life from the far reaches of space come to visit us.

Disappointing video. It shows nothing of what the site actually looks like. I was expecting satellite images of what it actually looks like, not a history lesson.
reply

I would have expected to see a Lunar Rover, as well as the other equipment shown. There might even be other lunar rovers left from other missions, as well.

Conspiracy says that no one ever got step on the moon, instead it is done on a studio and fooled us. --
The question is that true or false?

reply

Hopefully when we get back to the moon, survey pictures of the site can be taken, to finally prove, yes, we actually did go. still a lot of deniers.

Laughable. CGI and speculative. Space may be the final frontier but its made in a hollywood basement. - RHCP. Everyone is in love with illusion.

I was 11 years old when I watched the first moon landing on live TV in 1969. This video helped me understand what was left on the moon's surface.
reply

i believe moon landing wasnt faked at all but honestly, how tf that camera reached there during the moon landing and how tf did it film them 5: 48
reply

This was the time you can blast something across every television in America & the people will believe it - they can-t get this off now

Bro, your speech impediment is annoying
Have the computer read your script, you put out a cool video but you talk like an 8 yr old

Made me trust in you: don't show animation, show just one photo about this hardware lefted in Moon! Made me trust this, guys! ---
reply

Still waiting for the day we have actual footage of the moon's surface and not some CGI created or -scanned surface- nonsense.
reply

I think it-s amazing how they live streamed from the moon to the White House then to all the TVs around the world, in the 60-s.
reply

You said The camera that the astronauts placed captured the first steps on the moon? 5: 55 you might be off on your information
reply

Tranquility base.
The eagle never never ever landed.
Bugs Bunny went to the moon though.
Much more believable

reply

So there-s a computer animated image of what the landing looks like -. We had video images in 1969 but not in the 21 century?
reply

The one other thing that the astronauts left behind was their dignity for perpetuating this ruse for their entire lives.
reply

How come we have telescopes that can take a picture of a pimple on Uranus, but not the landing areas on the moon?
reply

I'd always thought they landed next to that crater because it looked like a convenient place to take a leak.
