I am a Turk but I can never understand how we could have won any battles against the heavily armed European opponents. (At least until guns were used more heavily like in Mohac) Most Turkish soldiers seem like wearing soft cloth dresses while the opponents are totally covered with armor. Even the armored Turkish soldiers seem very light armor compared to the Europeans.
I wish I can get on a time machine and go back in time to observe these battles.

The battle of Varna was not the last crusade, the 2nd Kosovo war was the last crusade. There were no Arabs in the Ottoman army. Your sources are wrong. According to most historians, the Crusader army outnumbered the Turks in the war. Sources state that there were between 45, 000 and 70, 000 Crusader soldiers.
Although the Crusaders had numerical superiority, they suffered a heavy defeat and only 4000 soldiers were able to escape with Hunyadi.

Now I understand why everyone in the west hate the Ottomans, they were protective of the middle east and Muslim lands, once the Ottoman empire gone that protective wall is gone too so now America Britain France can easily invade the middle east, Israel can commit genocide nonchalantly, etc.
