I recall I started taking video of toxic people as they would claim everyone would agree with them and one had just barged into a bedroom after sticking a coat hanger through the lock just to call the police thinking they would do something about the recording so they told her to get a lawyer but instead of doing it she played the my nerves are bad card. Always with the if these arguments dont stop something bad is going to happen or someone is going to close your lips for you or you need to do____ but the moment you told her she needs to act like a parent she goes on about how she doesnt have to because what people told her.
My stepmom was just as bad. Would get a victim complex but thought nobody would know what was going on during being held in an embrace as some got smart to feel certain vibrations when holding a person because most toxic people have an ego and when they flap those lips they kind of give themselves away because they also make phyiscal gestures while doing it. Only would pull the cant take anymore at cetain cues. Both of them upset now because people refuse to return their phone calls when they want something especially when they found out that they would throw their own flash under a bus just to run a smear campaign. They wanted the kids to think they were 100% alone even to as far as ruining any relationships or potential relationships then pretending to be saving people from trouble like the dirt i've seen that collect woman then brag of the benefits where if there were any good men they would never know due to the third party making it their business to destroy.

My grandmother is like this. Everyone in my house sick of her, she's a horrible person. So I'll just let out my frustration here, so when I was a kid my family separated out of our joint family and rented a house for ourselves because of all the drama in our joint family, immediately after that my father gifted my mother a gold necklace as an investment and my grandmother found out about it and since that day she went on telling people she bought it for my mom. Later when I was 15 we decided to reconstruct our house in which we put our entire savings and we still pay home loan and small loans and guess what, she tells people she build the group floor for herself from HER money. Tells people that she pays electricity bills, food expenses for us but in reality she doesn't do shit for us. Me and sister are alone most of the time but instead of checking on us she prefers to lock her house and go to friends house EVERYDAY, she even left my 7 year old sister alone in the house!

Whats worse is the health effects of toxic people on sane healthy people.
Girl I talked to for two months made me feel so awful. The hot and cold of her interest. The committing non-commitment. Talking to this guy and that guy. The white lies, not remember things said.
She has pretty poor mental health and depression as well. The family problems, the drama, the dynamics. How can your life have no peace?
They will drag your life into a place that constantly pumps your body with stress hormones, each day, everyday, all day long.
I asked a straight question about us, to which led to a small argument, and she blocked me.
Yeah it felt awful being blocked, by someone you care about, but as all those stress chemicals shut off, my real self emerged again. It was a real blessing. Took a week or two but my body is finally back to normal chemicals again.
Unless she gets therapy and medication, never again. Never.

I had toxic people in my life. It's really exhausting to talk with them (even just online. But that's true that some people aren't toxic they're just different, as it was said at the very start of this video.
It made me remember about some people. I'm still struggling to find out what exactly made me feel bad times we were talking. I guess a little bit 3 using kindness, but the person I mean now wasn't rude or toxic to me. I just felt that our conversations drains my energy too much. Something was wrong not visible, but just like a big not-my-kind-of-person sign in the air.

Thinking about my ex.
1) Abusive: No. But in the last few weeks/months she would be intentionally cruel.
2) Manipulative: Not really, but she would take advantage of me.
3) Exploiting: Yes! She Constantly exploited me for favors and emotional attention. Reciprocation was unheard of.
4) Take things out on you: Yes! I was her emotional dumping ground.
5) Never compromise: Not really. only at the very end.
6) Play the victim: This was/is almost her most defining trait.
The kicker is. She broke up with ME! And I'm still heartbroken bc I still love her.

My mom is toxic, but I don't think it's her fault. Her mom abused her physically and mentally, and I think some of that led to my mom unconsciously using the same toxic methods of her mother over time. My mom always finds a way to mooch money off my sister and I, made us both very self-conscious about our looks, dips on quality time that she specifically insisted on having, and always denies that she said really rude things in the past. I hope one day she finds peace; she knocked me down before, but I got up, and she just needs to understand she can get up too.

When a random video describes someone in your life as toxic, it's easy to nod, say 'yeah yeah' and do nothing. When friends, family and even a therapist point out the toxicity of the friendship, it's time to build some momentum. Parasites won't dislodge from the host without a fight. When that first video, presented in plain language explains why trusted people consider the individual toxic and explains how that relationship is destructive, it's probably an indicator that dislodging is overdue. Thanks.

Is it a red flag when someone talks shit about someone but seconds later then jump onto there back and say bestie! Like tf my cousin did this shit and I caught it. When I was being myself for once and whispered to me stop seriously. I didn't talk because of guilt. She also says I'm dramatic. Also she treats people in a guilt way but I might be overreacting. Like she says I'm not sitting with you or you on the bus anymore. Like not to be rude but who tf cares. There Like her royal puppy's.

I'm toxic as well, I don't want to listen to anyone but my ego, I can't take the L and I really don't know exactly which part of my childhood affected me to this point. I always cry to God to heal me and make me a better person, but I just don't know how, where or what to fix. I prefer being alone so I distance myself I don't know if it's the abandonment issues I experienced or the abuse I endured.

I've one person in my life who had every signs of being a toxic people or more than that, he's just like a human who felt like hell. Whenever I was with him, i felt like I'm in hell, he's so manipulative that, I started to feel that I'm the guilty, actually i was the victim of gaslighting. I'm so grateful to god that, I've cut ties with him. Bt I've realized everything after so long.

I keep finding toxic people in games and after everytime I get off and I cry then for a few minutes I get to the point I punch myself or think about doing bad things to myself
Edit: since my parents are strict I get scared to have a comeback so every toxic person I encounter they always win and I get less and less motivated because I feel like I am the worst at doing it

Wow, so many people venting in the comment section, but venting is good.
I'm frustrated too with a family member. My advice is you have to walk the other direction. Don't discuss it, don't try to explain your actions to the person, just walk the other direction. If you stop speaking to that person, walk away, they are stunned because you are not listening to them.

I wish I had saw these videos before I broke up with my ex. I would've really given her a piece of my mind. I really used me and it's a learning lesson. I can't believe it's really people out there that really want to be unkind to others. We really miss out on genuine love because it's so many screwed up people. sad.

I know a person who often say things that are uncomfortable for me, they will say things right in my face. But when I say something to them that they don't like, they get very angry or they blow up on me. They feel offended and I assume they are playing the victim. I am almost certain that they are toxic

no wonder USA is going downhill because of this woke propaganda. Some of these behaviors are basic human traits that no one can possibly compromise on. If you are expecting someone to follow this toxic checklist that is in itself a reflection of your own toxic behavior.

my old roommate/best friend had a dog, and it always favored me over her, and would make me compromised my and her dogs emotions, leading up too the dog hurting herself, which was my fault because how could you let her hurt herself

Thank you for the clip.
It helps me a lot! I know a person who is always toxic to me (she has all of the signs mentioned in the clip. But I choose my boundaries over her toxic behaviors and her unnecessary dramas instead. .

I've known a few such toxic people who were friends, and it has been a great pleasure to throw them out of my life, like a bag of trash. It was hard at first but ultimately a 100% worthwhile sacrifice.
