Lately, I've been feeling so tired all the time because of work. Not because it's hard work, quite the opposite. Since it's mindless work that can be done with little to no thought, there is nothing stopping me from having intrusive thoughts that I can't distract myself from for 8 hours straight. It doesn't happen all the time, but if I run out of things to think about sometimes my mind decides it's time to evaluate my life choices and make me feel bad about myself. When I get home from work I feel emotionally burnt out from all the intrusive thoughts. If only I could listen to music or podcasts or something while I work, but unfortunately phones aren't allowed in the work area since it's a shitty warehouse job. Thank god this job is only for the summer until I go back to college otherwise I might be mentally breaking down right now

My diet is pretty stable and diverse, and I can reach the required amount of sleep time, but my sleep quality is terrible, I often wake up in the early morning with MASSIVE fatigue and dizziness for no reason, if I have to wake up at a certain time it would be a very difficult day later, if not I will stay awake for an hour, get the rest of my sleep and spend the day feeling a distracted and a little bit tired with a lot of dizziness and warmth in my head(as if I am sick) I dont why that happens, the 3 other points kind of apply to me especially 4, but I am not sure if its psychological, I have always had difficulty concentrating and memory trobles for the last 2 years with all of these symptoms.

Im sleepy during the day (sometimes) but I also have narcolepsy (excessive sleep disorder. However some days Ill take a two hour naps when I get home and then sleep more immediately after dinner and then be awake all night. OR I wont take a bunch of naps during the day and Ill be perfectly fine but then at night I still wont be able to sleep. I joke about being a narcoleptic insomniac bc its funny but when it does happen (for the second scenario when I dont take naps all day) I genuinely dont get why I cant sleep at night. I do have things I think it is that contribute to anxiety but. idk. ;-; me being narcoleptic isnt narcolepting man

It's not really lately it feels like a permanent trait of mine for as long as I can remember. Existing and interacting with the world just feels like it takes more energy from me than it does for other people, and I haven't found something that reliably makes me feel recharged. Perfectionism anxiety and depression are definitely key parts keeping this cycle. Sigh
I know if I ate better it would help me but it's such a daunting and confusing and in many ways unaffordable challenge. I just feel lost

Sadly, I don't do any of these and I'm still tired as hell, 24/7. Maybe it's because of my cronic depression and artrithis, but I'll try to have an even better diet. I eat fine but I'll guess I'll eat more fruits and veggies. I feel like no one nor nothing can help me. The environment i'm in is toxic and so are the (now ex) friends I could find. I'm lonely and miserable, get mad/melancolic everyday and I feel useless, I wanna end this sometimes.

You forgot paying attention to the larger world around you. Trump, the pandemic, Jan6, Roe V Wade, staying connected to news wears me out and makes me feel tired and sad all the time. And believe it or not, I limit my time consuming news! But the news I get is so awful, thats enough to help me be sad and tired all the time. :( So tired but the rest of the video was spot on. Thanks!

I usually put sleep off until 2am (my nightmares usually kick in around 10pm hence why I go bed at 2am, sleep perfectly well for 10 hours and wake up, have breakfast, take my meds for my depression and the ne t minute I'm asleep infront of the TV for another 4 hours wake up get a drink, then I'm asleep again. I seem to sleep for 20 hours a day in chunks

I would really love to see a video on severe tbi and its effects Ive been living with it for 3 years now and the worst part is the neurological fatigue. Its so different then regular fatigue because since you brain is in charge of everything you do it makes just living almost impossible no amount of sleep ever alleviates it

It's not that I used to be energetic, I've always been tired, I'm always exhausted and I don't know why. I rely on coffee but that doesn't really help, I still sleep through classes. I thought this video would explain Ah well

Hi! Can you do a video on POLYDIPSIA? I was diagnosed years ago and have gone into hyponatremia a couple of times now and is sometimes difficult to explain, LOVE your videos so i would love to see one about it.
Thank youuuu!

Here's something really weird that I discovered. When I spend too much time watching videos either day or night or when my energy is 100 when I stop watching videos i quickly get tired and fall asleep.

Another one, one who eats too much, and gains weight can also be energy depleting. Or I should say, make you feel more like not doing anything after. This is what I'm experiencing like right now.

Sleep is like the most important thing in the world that everyone feels the need to sacrifice or ruin. Literally everything in your life will be better if you have a good nights rest.

One of the things that I need to stop doing is dwelling on past mistakes. I've made bad choices and have regrets. Each day's another chance to get it right.

Ok this video was very helpful, so helpful in fact that Im going to sleep now instead of watching another episode of something. That really was a bullseye.
