Wait wait, in this video Multitasking is bad?
Edit: Just watched the entire video.
Yeah Multitasking is bad because especially on big scale of things like a project or 'things you want to learn' because it makes you less concentrate and more likely to get burn out(tired) from it. There's also procrastination feels after finishing 1 task.
I usually Multitask a lot but only on small scale like house stuff or at office and it does feels pretty tiring after you've done everything.
TL: DR, IMO Multitasking isn't that bad if you do it in small scale and you know your limits.

Yeah, excessive screentime is one of my main problems, the other two being bad posture and unhealthy eating(I snack more than I do proper meals, the thing is I don't even eat a lot of unhealthy foods, mostly whole fruits, maybe a cereal of sorts but that's about it for snacks, I also drink 1 liter of water a day atleast.
Anyways yeah, too much screentime, slouching and snacking, that's what I do mostly.

reply

This helped so much, i play chess regularly and drink water 10 times a day, but the problem is my screen time, my screen time have an average amount of 10 hours due to zoom meetings and work, and about 3 hours of just playing on my phone/computer, and i just learned that huge amount of screen time can hurt the brain, so thanks alot: D, i'll try lessen my screen time and read more books,

I love that I work from home (nearly 100% screen time, am forced to multitask to get work done quickly, which stresses me out like crazy, but I can't get up due to the work load sometimes so I don't drink much water and eat salty foods to keep my hunger down
Welp, I'm in trouble

reply

My main problems are excessive screen time and stress, but i've developed an addiction to videogames on my computer recently and I can't seem to fix it. I also stay awake way too late for being on my Phone, but can't sleep until I get drowsy and eventually fall asleep.

I have autism.
