.I came here to re-learn how to use the split screen option, but then as you mentioned the freeze panes, it came back to me that I could just use the freeze pane option instead. Thanks a mil!

I use LibreOffice in Linux and this feature is in there. I remembered this from one of my college courses (Office 2013) and wanted to be able to do this on an accounting sheet. Thanks!
