Thanks for the tutorial. I've tried doing it, but when I tried to print documents under the Finish & Merge menu, it appears a window saying -You cannot send a catalog created by merging documents directly to mail, fax, or a printer-. Now I'm lost.

Thanks for the tutorial it helped me as this was my first time merging data. I have already saved it but i didn't email yet. Can I do this when I'm ready to email each person on the list?

Great video . how do I get my merged letter to format the data correctly,i.e. currency amount, it only shows number and not dollar sign and decimal point
