Good stuff! One question, this function forecasts for an increasing value trend. What if there are dips in between and some seasonality, which function should we use then?

I like the function, but the forecast seems a bit off. $100K in the first 20 years, and only $40K growth in the last 15 years... I wouldn't sell my home.. :)
