When I eat too much sugar I tend to stop, cause it makes me nauseous. When I smoke too many sigarrets, I tend to stop, cause it makes me nauseous, and so on with almost everything, when I had too much I feel nauseous. Except smoking weed, I tend to do it until I pass out, if only I felt nauseous when I had to much weed, God we need some improvements, he should rewrite the code in our DNA.

1 thin in this video is wrong. Dopamine output with regular sugar consumption does get downregulated which leads to everything else also feeling less rewarding and leading you to only want to have the things with the most dopamine reaction (sugar)

I heard that the hanigs taste map is incorrect, so when it was said that the sugar taste buds are located at the tip of the tongue, wasnt that wrong? I am not saying the taste map is incorrect, I just genuinely want to know.

If sugar releases dopamine and the whole Cascade afterwards why do some people don't like sugar or sugary food. While others can't live without it?
