When Stephen Sillett was a boy, he took to the forests of Pennsylvania with his brother and grandmother. Looking up into the dense branches and leaves, his curiosity was piqued: What was hidden up there? Wendell Oshiro tells the story of an adult Sillett's bold (if not a little dangerous) exploration of the canopy of an ancient redwood and details some of the fascinating discoveries he made. Free climbing a redwood? Hahaha. I would like to see the down climb! I would imagine Alex Honnold would have a difficult time with that. There is no one even remotely close to Honnold.
I always leave room for doubt. Difficult in this case

My son is teased for standing on our porch doing birdcalls. This video made me even more determined to not pull him inside, but to move him to a world full of trees and birds.

Waiting for Biomimicry scientists to pick up on this and build futuristic sky scrappers that produces its own oxygen and supports a whole ecosystem within itself.

I remember seeing a documentary on these treeologists and bugguys that brought a huge tree top tarp by balloon into the rain forest. Sorry.
