By this principle I can lift something which is 3 times my weight (lets say 100kg; so 300kg) by extending the lever distance 3 times; alright, my question now is:
normally it would require a certain force (lets call it x) to lift/move 300kg, now I only have the force of lift-/moving 100kg (my weight; lets call it y, where does the difference in force from x and y come from?
some might say quickly; it comes from the trade off, increasing the distance the longer part of the lever has to travel more; yeah, but HOW? How is that additional energy coming up in that process? Mathematically this makes totally sense, but from an interpretative perspective it seems to me as a wasteland and remains me of a similar absence in the gravitation explanation of Newton which had to be filled by Einstein afterwards.
Please help me with that if you can. It struggles me a great deal since years.

very niice explanation. The only oversite I may touch on is the actual strength of the lever itself. As I noticed the picture of your lever was a wood plank of sorts. This plank showed (for visual effects I'm sure) the wwod grain, it was not a good lever You see, I make primitive archery tackle and grain runnoff to a small degree is ok but once the effects of bending and stress are applied the wwod or LEVER is now subject to breaking. of course.
I think a good next accompanyment to this video would be the materials to make the lever out of vs weight load.

Nice clip. This is a well known fact und everybody knows it. But what is the EXPLANATION for it? I dont look for the DESCRIPTION as it again given in this clip; my question is about WHY the distance plays this role in the relation of forces to apply? Where is the additional force coming from which carries 5x its weight? Coming from the distance is not an explanation rather only a requirement it works. I would be very thankful for that.

if you are in space you would need even longer than what he said because no gravity so to push the lever down you going to have to use your hand to lever it down wich needs to be super light like pushing a ballon since you dont want to push yourself away by accedent

I always thaught this was a philosophical Buddha type quote, but the beauty of it is both of science and wonder. Very much as two points on a grid make a line, three points make a plane, and so on and son four and five points make four and five demenshonal shape. Our understanding is only limited by the limits of our curiosity.

Video does a poor job showing the power of leverage. Fulcrum was too far from objects to lift in all cases.
150 lb person with 10 meter lever effort arm could lift the eiffel tower if load arm is small enough.
