Who am I? A philosophical inquiry

Throughout the history of mankind, the subject of identity has sent poets to the blank page, philosophers to the agora and seekers to the oracles. These murky waters of abstract thinking are tricky to navigate, so its probably fitting that to demonstrate the complexity, the Greek historian Plutarch used the story of a ship. Amy Adkins illuminates Plutarchs Ship of Theseus. Lesson by Amy Adkins Venkat: Who are you
Physical Meaning: Your Name, Your Body
Real Meaning: The Combination of your consciousness, the realisation of your existence, and your intellect!
Your body is just an image and a representation of what you want to do, a way to recognise you, by you I again mean, your mind!

I have found my answer.
The short answer is, I'm truth.
The long one is, it's really complicated.
You see, you are a part of truth, a mere piece on the puzzle, how you see all of the pieces is all your personalities, you change, all the new changes, are pieces of the puzzle, and where you place the pieces, Is Time, but time is too big to place all of the pieces, so, you run out of time. All of the different pieces that you didn't place, are your changes that didn't happen. However, placing all the pieces is simply impossible because then I thought, changes could be the smallest things, new friends, new actions/hobbies, and time is a never ending board, it's a puzzle that keeps expanding, and this doesn't even include the impossible stuff being you before you were born or being you in another time line. The puzzle gets bigger, it's a never ending race where truth, is the true you, time is the track and you're a athlete that will end up stopping running.
Therefore, I will conclude it all in a sentence
You will never reach truth

Here's my philosophy:
You are your own memories. Think about it if you loose your memory, you'll no longer be able to identify yourself!
And if somehow we could put someone's memories in some other person's mind, the latter would think his the first person although he looks nothing like him.
Thus you're defined by your memories.

What If you lose all your memory? Then you are not who you think you are. So all the things which made you YOU is not actual You.
