When he said the Blaise Pascal was late to the party. I actually thought he was creating this triangle and got late to a party because of it(I was like 7 years old when I watched so plz dont judge me.

Because he is in every chapter of physics.

I mean, isn't the literal creation of this triangle the exact same as the fibonacci sequence? I'd assume that the largest number on the 'n'th row the 'n'th number of the sequence?
