Thank u Ted ed for awareness of period cycle. NOW pls make a video of how painful periods can be and what the girl can literally go through, it usually a war going inside. Stabbing like feeling in the stomach or like someone's twitching ur stomach so aggressively, the pain in the vertebral column like someone pressing on it so hard and u r trying ur best to get rid of the hold. The pain in vertebrae doesn't even let u bend or sit coz the moment u bend or sit a sharp pain shoots up. Also the severe head ache like all the nerves are being twisted pressed against each other, and the weakness feeling in the legs like u don't have the power to walk anymore and sometimes it feels like u don't even have legs. Oh and not forgetting the mood swings bcoz of the fluctuating hormones. And the oversensitiveness we go through during periods. Also sometimes during pre menstruation. Pain also arrive pre menstruation for some while for some post menstruation
Why did I express so much bcoz not only how it happens is enough for the males to know they should also known what we go through, our strength and how mothers and sisters are fighting pain, a war every month

i am studyin medicine, and i have read, saw and pretty much lived through some very intruguing and brreathtaking experiences, but the most mind baffling, mesmerizing thing that i have came across is most definetly the menstrual cycle, and to think that women go through this approximately 400-450 times in their life is just out of this world!

Right now, I'm one of those 300 million women.

I'm on my second day, in a 5 day long period and I have cramping and expelled two large clots of blood so far. Sorry if that's TMI, but if I have to experience it, you can handle just reading about it with no pictures.

Job should allows us to have at least one day off during our period, for me at least the second day is the worst theres been time where i couldnt even get out of the house for how bad my cramps are. and to top it off the nausea, vomiting and diarrhea doesnt help at all. Its horrible!

Period lasting 1-2 says? Ha! Imagine not having a period for 2 to 3 months then when you finally get your an emotional, bleeding mess that's having an existential crisis during marine science.

Women: bleed from their uterus and get cramps.
Men: bleed from the heart for getting yelled at for no reason.
Then again if I did have cramps every month I would be kind of angry. And also the hormones.

Women are so beautiful. As a 21yo guy, I'm ashamed to say I don't think about Mentration nearly enough and all that it does in a woman's body. Truly amazing.
