But these people ARE impostors to a certain degree. They are blown up into something bigger than they actually are. Impostor syndrome is bad if it's stopping you from functioning but it's also a good thing because it stops success from going to your head and becoming delusional. Impostor syndrome isn't always incorrect, it's telling you that you aren't your great success because that would just be delusional. It's one thing to be proud of hard work but any kind of excessive praise is never something you should identify with regardless of how skilled or talented you are at something. So a bit of impostor syndrome is a good thing as long as it's not crippling you.

I just graduated high school, and somehow managed to land my audition for the Marine Band. But I'm feeling imposter syndrome because some (if not most) people get their Masters Degree in Music Performance before joining the band. I'm beginning to have worries of that, what if I'm not good enough.

I just graduated a 4 year college and I dont feel like I deserve the degree. I feel like Ive not learnt things that can help me. I feel so unaccomplished and feel like Ive wasted my time. I wish I couldve done more. I dont think Im a high achievement person, so where does that leave me? :(

I feel I am much better than what am but generally people mis read by my outcomes. How can that be treated and managed. A lot of effort goes in shaping up something but wont get that turned into outputs because of which all my efforts are undervalued

Don't know who needs to hear this, but I stated taking screen shots of whenever someone recognizes me, compliments me, or just does something that's shows that I matter to them, I screenshot it and save it to an album called member this.

Happens all the time when it is true. How so? Stolen IP. IP theft is rampant in America.
You take someones idea and get famous from it with zero recognition given to the OP.
