It kinda makes me sad that the people and organizations she was working with sort of excluded her as well. She didn't want to hide anything just to make herself and her movement seem agreeable, she wanted to explicitly show the reality that a lot of the US attempted to just sweep under the carpet, and that's what I love about her.

There is something about moderates seeing her as a radical for speaking out about injustices too harshly, and how that would impact policy being made. Lol, history definitely rhymes.
