50 Rare Behind The Scenes Photos From Classic Movies (Part 1) As a kid I was a real film and tv nut; I used to love looking through all the movie memorabilia and 8x10 glossies. It all seemed like another world, remote, mysterious and tinged with magic. Its now been as long or longer since seeing all those as it was since they were taken and me first seeing them. Some of the contemporary posters and postcards I used to have from that time even turn up in old timey compilations like this. Makes me feel really old, and wonder what happened to all those years. well anyway, i guess, time passes, throwing its long shadow over the contours of our lives; but candor, beauty, elegance, creativity and passion: their brilliant light always burns; timelessly, forever, in the art of photography.

The Roman soldier is sitting on a Lambretta scooter not a Vespa scooter. The Vespa had bubble rear fenders, the straight line creased design was used by Lambretta. I had 1959 Vespa.

So many young stars just starting out, not knowing what life has in store for them. I'm sure they would smile if they knew how we remembered them.

Love this old time photos! They don't make them like that any more. Really love the Godzilla one and Greta Garbo pics. She was one of my favorites!

A bit of a mix up there at 6: 40. Shows a picture of Laurel and Hardy, and says it's Harold Lloyd. But that aside, some really good pictures there.

The commercial about almond milk is hilarious. About 2 almonds in every container and the rest is crap chemicals i would not put into my body.

8: 04 Mr. Hitchcock was serving tea to someone who would one day become a royalty, in Monaco! Thanks for the great and vintage B&W photos!

All I could think of during the photo of the centurion on the Vespa - 7: 44 - was, what if his cape gets caught in the rear wheel.

Looking at the pictures of Humphrey Bogart, it’s hard to believe he was a World War One veteran. I believe Navy.

I think the movie Pele', Sylvester Stallone and Michael Caine were in was called just Victory. Good movie.
