40 Rare Historical Photos That Will Leave You Amazed! 1: 49 my grandfather was a Korean veteran, he was not a Turk, he was of Kurdish descent (like me) and this is what he said; it was the Marilyn Monroe concert that made me forget the hellish siege of kunuri. My grandfather always kept repeating words that Marilyn Monroes hair was like a mirror and that I had never seen such a beautiful woman in my life. You know, they call him an old senne after all, but I always listened to him with great admiration, and I didnt want to be in his place.

The Indian soldier is showing the F. you sign. The V for victory is palm outwards. It is said the F you sign originates from the English introduction and successful use of the long bow against the French. Also possibly true that these two fingers were amputated by the French on any English POW they caught to avoid their enemy being able to pursue an archers career in the future

Bruh, the British Expeditionary Force Indian Soldier photo. that wasn't the V for Victory sign. It was the english F U sign. When a Brit shows a person that sign it is equivalent to an American holding up their middle finger. It hearkens from the 100 years war where the French would cut off the English longbowman fingers so they couldn't draw the bowstring.

I hope the Germans forced to watch film of the concentration camps were savvy enough to know the inmates were starving because of supply problems brought on by the mass saturation bombing of Germany. They probably were. It took a while to propagandise the Germans to their supposed crimes - just like you’ve been.

Excellent historic photos. That was the grave of Theodore Roosevelt Jr. (technically Theodore Roosevelt III) the son of the late President who died in 1919. I wish they would have shown the picture of Bill Clinton wearing a blue evening gown that hung in Jeffrey Epstein's mansion.

I cringe thinking about what future generations see in our historical photos. People crying over product mascots, social media filters, internet challenges, Tik Tok. yeah, kinda makes you wanna burn it all and start over.

Haha I’m sorry but the way the girl in the first picture is like Yup - I got assets girl ’, while the girl beside her looks scared shitless having to be inspected after her, and seeing the look on the woman’s face haha

Theodore Roosevelt died in 1919 and was buried in New York. And if you think they meant Franklin D he died in Georgia right here in the USA. Videos clickbait don’t trust the facts
reply

Uhmmm Theodore Roosevelt died in 1919 in his sleep in New York. I'm not sure who is in that temporary grave in Normandy but it's not either of the President Roosevelts.

If the picture from Helsinki is taken on november 30 1939 it's not from the middle of soviet-finnish war but from the first day of winter war.
reply

Thanks for video! Please be aware, that bombing of Helsinki was during the first days of invasion, which just started on the November 30, 1939.

That's NOT a V for Victory sign the soldier is flashing in 3: 20. That's the equivalent of the middle finger in the United States.
reply

The original picture does not have the girl with popped up breast. There is no reason to fotoshop an antique picture.

Clickbait master. You will get a view, but also a downvote from me for every cacnerous clickbait thumbnail you bring

1: 01 - For accuracy sake, and to avoid confusion you should have properly identified Theodore Roosevelt as Jr.
