Such elegance and natural beauty with smiles that seem to be so much more happy and genuine than anything we have today in the world that we have managed to create, which is amazing when you consider that we had a fully functioning world 40 years ago, and we now have an absolute shadow of that time.

0: 19 I can not imagine Bob Ross being a retired Air Force 1st Sgt. or a drill Sargent. He didn't like being a drill Sgt but he did his duty and did it well. I love watching him painting and being silly. A man of many talents.

Certainly, this is the best series of all the compilations, IMO and for what it's worth. the Bacall/Monroe photo in this presentation is terrific; I haven't seen that one before, as well as many others. Thank you.

Certainly, this is the best series of all the compilations, IMO and for what it's worth. the Bacall/Monroe photo in this presentation is terrific; I haven't seen that one before, as well as many others. Thank you.

The photo of Lauren Bacall and Marilyn Monroe was sensational. The often overused word iconic truly fits that photo. Jamie Lee Curtis in the 1970s blew me away---I didn't recognize her!

That looks like James Garner on the back of the bike with Mcqueen. Also, in that picture with Lennon & Clapton the other two guys look like 2 of the Bee Gees. Maybe but can't tell for sure.

6: 00 -- That's sort of a sad photo of Biden and his wife Neilia. His wife died less than a month later by making a major driving error, killing herself and their young daughter.

You seem to have missed the fact that James Garner is seated behind Steve McQueen on the motorcycle and that the picture was taken during the filming of The Great Escape.
