the average adult needs around 2300 cal per day.
so one gram of uranium would last around 8700 days, or 24 years
So just eat 3g of uranium now or 115 micrograms per day and you wont need to eat anything else

Uranium isn't radioactive until its become enriched via using a centrifuge. Only Uranium 235 can be enriched and THIS one would be harmful. Uranium 238 is harmless basically.
