Yep. This entire video was a no-brainer -- and based on the usual clickbait nonsense. Current brain activity scanning technology shows most of us are already using our brains at near-full capacity all the time. The idea that we are not using our brains to their fullest capacity, as if we have a heap of unused neurons stuffed away somewhere in our skulls, is a myth originally made up in the 1800's by someone who had no idea what he was talking about where brains are concerned.
Intelligence isn't knowing stuff. Intelligence is the ability to think both creatively AND logically. It is a product of disciplining yourself to study, learn, and perceive. and especially by focusing on learning and perceiving in areas that present you with a challenge -- by learning skills that are not necessarily easy for you to master. Intelligence is built, step by step. It is generated by teaching yourself how to ask the right questions, and learning how to seek and find answers to those questions.
Plenty of rest and healthy fresh, whole food definitely make a difference, but these activities above are how you exercise and strengthen your mind.
Another important way to exercise your brain is by learning to meditate. If intelligence is your goal, then train your mind to remain focused on a single topic without any interruption for at least an hour. That's beginners level -- do it gradually, adding a few minutes at a time as you get better at it. 4 hours without distraction is starting to approach some mastery, as you continue practising the discipline of focus. The fastest way to learn to be completely focused is to practice one-pointed meditation: Putting your attention on a single point, like a candle flame, and gradually increasing the amount of time you can keep focused on it without your mind wavering. Until you can stay that way comfortably for an hour. This will develop your ability to stay in concentrated focus on any topic you choose.
The benefits should be obvious: The longer you can remain focused on an idea, the more creative connections you can make to it, and the more deeply you'll be able to learn about and understand it.

I love albert Einstein because hes one of the most smartest person in the world i understand that we use are brain 10% of the time but if you've live longer than Einstein as and read more than he as than are capacity be up to 100th at this point we already use every part of our body and most of our abilities as it is use most of the time when we feel like it but sometimes we need a break from our mind body and soul thats why our body have elements we use these elements everyday sometims we have to write them down in order to remember and it is not possible for our brain tobe full capacity cause that is a little bit insane but if we did than we would be smarter than albert Einstein but he wasnt that smart either he had problems just like the rest of us i mean yes he tried and tried to get jobs and try to start a new career and have kids and get married he tried but he felt lime a failure to his family but than when he got into math he became some how smart and thats how he became a mathematics so yea but you know using your brain at full capacity isnt a bad idea - by the way love this video.

If you were to use 100% of your brain's capacity simultaneously, it might lead to sensory overload, cognitive dysfunction, and potentially harmful consequences. The brain is finely tuned to allocate its resources efficiently, and overloading it with all functions at once is not how it's designed to operate. -
The idea of unlocking hidden or untapped potential by using a higher percentage of the brain is a popular theme in science fiction and movies, but it doesn't align with our current understanding of neuroscience. Human brain function is not limited by the percentage of its capacity but rather by the complexity of the tasks it can perform, which is a result of its structure and the connections between its neurons. -
In summary, the notion of using 100% of the brain is a misconception, and in reality, our brains are active and engaged in various tasks and functions throughout the day.

Theres no way a human being can use 100% of the brain, this is because we are mortally limited, we are not infinite, and i can say that 90% of the brain capacity goes to our subconcious which is controlled spiritually by the almighty God. God knew that we would be mortally limited thats why we have to rely on him because if we use our brain capacity at 100% then there will never be a need to rely on God because we will be like Him ourselves. The only moment when we will use our brain to full capacity is only when our bodies are glorified by the Holy Spirit of God upon resurrection at the end of the age where we will live eternally and immortally at all times. As long as we are mortal, no matter how wise and intelligent one is, we will still be limited and we won't be able to utilise our brain to full capacity because we were not created like that

Yes, do use 10% of our brain which is our full capacity of our brain, the other 90% is the automatic electrical pulses our brain sends to other parts of our body to get them to work, heart beat, movement, sight, hearing, smelling, tasting, feeling, urination, bowel movements, breathing, stomach digesting food. Our brain is what gets all of our other vital organs working properly. Thats why if you were decapitated, the rest of our body would be shut down immediately as soon as our vital organs can't communicate with our brain. So the point is we already use 100% of our brain. Becuase 90% of it is automated, but if it was manual then we'd all be dead.

You should not be jealous of people who you believe are born smart, there is just small advantage for people who has easier time doing intellectual task, even they need to practice to harness their full potential of intelligence. So think about this, if your friend study together with the same time and resources, your friend will have a slight advantage because of his/her talent, but if you use more time and resources, you can catch to that advantage.

Developing the full capacity of the brain involves clearing the mind and focusing more on Nature because if you don't know where your at in life how can you ever change it to the best of your knowledge. The human experience and mind only can be expanded by change, change is universal, everyday where constantly evolving through change and the timing of change is like that of the speed of light.

Well if only it's possible all people will be genuis like Newton but the reality in fact is even if you stimulate you brain you can just train you brain to do hard calculation but if you wanna be genius you need to stress you brain so hard so he can generate more noron because the percentage of the brain depends on the body needs for example 40% body and 60% brain power.

The idea that humans only use 10% of their brains is a myth. In reality, we use virtually all parts of our brain, and each area serves a specific function. Fully utilizing the brain's capacity would mean optimizing its efficiency for various tasks, but it's not as simple as unlocking untapped potential.

We do use 100% of our brains. There is not the least evidence that we use 10%. No one has been able to find the origin of this misinformation. The brain is a system of interconnected parts all of which have a function and all of which light up at different times using MRI and other imaging technologies.

Some people exercise their brain playing different kind of games and crossword puzzles, reading etcetera.
I exercise my brain on a larger scale more larger than you could ever possibly imagine, but then again anybody could, a lot of people do they just don't realize how large a scale they are--

this has never made sense. We already use 100% of our brain, we just don't use all of it at the same time. if there was 90% we don't use, we would likely just have a 90% smaller brain. Our body doesn't have any body parts or organs thats are just. extra or there in case of future use.

Treat your brain like a muscle!
Stimulant it!
Try new things!
Take om challenges!
Get enough rest! -

Various theories on the origin of this myth exist, but there is no significant evidence to suggest that we only use 10 or any other specific or limited percentage of our brains. On the contrary, all existing data shows that we use a 100% of our brains

What separates human beings from Whales and other animals is consciousness, human consciousness goes beyond the brain stem and into the cosmic realm of thought that projects our own realities.
