the price is the planet. . mainly our stable life in it, the planet has no cares about us as the earth has gone through many rough stages, we just weren't there to burn or not breathe during. But politicians keep kicking that can do the road to their and our future families. They need their immediate greed. Anyway, wonder what the permafrost holds for us with methane.

If there was world peace we could work together to save the planet having all countries and continents putting money in important projects like this instead of killing each other and the planet at the same time. I wanna make music so bad and put my money into the world instead of buying a big ass mansion and cars. It sucks wanting to make a change when you can-t.

It's sad we have the ability to fix this problem but no one wants to take on the responsibility or the price tag. It's not like we have another earth to move to.
Our currency would be pointless and useless if our system collapses when everything is under water. The rich will run off to their bunkers and leave the rest of us to die.

How about if we stopped developing new dumb and unnecessary luxury technologies, metaverses, racing into space and instead put our full focus, money, ressources and knowledge into undoing the damage of the past century instead?

Politicians will always be more concerned with the here and now and how rich they can stay than with what the generations to come will have to face as consequences. You can-t expect these old ass politicians to care about a world they-re close to leaving. Young people NEED to be in office.

All these ideas are so laughably flawed. Of course, none of them is more laughable than the idea that people can change their habits in time to make any difference at all. They will not. That should be clear, but for some reason it isn't - another form of Climate Change Denial.

Even if it cost 50 trillion to reverse climate change, and save the planet, it would be worth every cent, compared to the 100's of trillions it would cost to rebuild earth, but then there would be no humans left to rebuild the planet, after climate change happens.
