-There teeth are so sharp you wouldn't even realize it until you saw blood- that's crazy. That one sentence alone teaches you multiple things. I didn't know if something is so sharp you don't feel it. I guess you only feel the force of whatever it is piercing the skin but not the object itself if sharp enough. That's also crazy that there has never been not even one death of a human by way of Piranhas

I saw a video of Piranhas being fed a piece of meat and that-s when I realized the frenzy thing wasn-t true. I mean if one did end up biting you and the others realized you COULD be eaten, I-m sure you-d get bit quite a few times but nothing like how I thought they actually were thanks to the myths and no personal experience with them.

Actually, their reputation was dis-spelled many, many years ago by world explorer Jacques Cousteau and his crew. The all donned their scuba gear and swam in a S. American river in a big school of piranha and were pretty much ignored. I remember watching their documentary on TV, (I was in High school at the time.

Pirahnas are most vicious during drought season! They are basically schooled up in tiny pools and will tear anything apart, including each other! But in wider bodies of water they are like any other small fish and won't attack! Just don't let them smell blood or that may differ! lol
