I think the way these presenters treated the topic of the Greeks appropriating aspects of Egyptian civilisation was extremely disrespectful. Referring to the Greeks as having -stolen- Egyptian culture, -weak Greeks-, and -typical Greeks- is disgusting. If these comments had been made about any other ethnic minority, I'm sure everyone would be up in arms, especially these snowflake presenters. The hypocrisy and double standards are overt and utterly despicable. All civilisations, including those in our own modern world, appropriate aspects from each other, improve on them, enhance them, and disseminate them. The presenters' comments should have been framed in a respectful fashion, acknowledging the enormity of the Greeks' contribution to the world in which we live today.

When I think about what we lost when Alexandria burned it was awful such a cultural setback. All that waste. it hurts because there's so much advancements and patents and and I even heard rumors that there might have even something been like a steam engine existing long before there was steam engines in our world can you imagine? How do we not gone backwards since then you got things like the dark ages and Alexandria burning was like so much of a setback. Where would we have been if all this had not happened.

Alexander the great didn't burn down the library of Alexander. He founded the city and Ptolemy I (his general turned Pharoah) started construction of the library. The library was likely destroyed by a fire or an earthquake or by the early Christians.
