World dirtiest man Amou Haji still lived 94 years old, even though he never washed himself. According to this video, he should have died of bacteria infection for sure least 50 years ago, but he didn't die or even be ill. 94 is pretty old age for anybody.

Thank you for trying to educate those that don't know. Staying healthy includes bathing and obviously washing your clothes. Yes it's sad if not explained a person has no knowledge. Everything mentioned is true, thanks again.

Easy for men to get away with not showering for days, months or years. Difficult for women, specially if she is a physician herself and even otherwise as we women need to maintain feminine hygiene.
