Are you the one hovering around the chef at a bbq? Do you add bacon to every salad? If you're one to give into your carnivore instincts, it makes you wonder. What if you only ate red meat? Would you increase your risk of cancer? Are there any nutrients in meat that aren't in vegetables? And could eating too much meat could affect your memory?

If you only eat vegetarian food there won't be any health issues.
The simple reason is humans are made for eating vegetarian food, in order to consume meat we have to cook it and add other vegetables to make it consumable.
I have never ever eaten any meat or egg in my 22 years of life and there millions of other people like me in India.
If the worlds starts consuming less meat or no meat it will be best for our ecosystem and overall health.
And your hate against vegetarian is simply understandable mostly people doesn't know the best ways to cook it and the simple reason it western part of world was not very suitable for farming thus your main diet is meat and your never get the chance to enhance taste by using different spices for the most part of the history.

Marketing fear mongering at it again! Hot dogs bad? I like 'em raw. Nothing has ever happened. I'm chowing down on deli meat. Nothing has ever happened. I grew up on steak tar tar. Raw hamburger mixed with an egg, salt, pepper. Nothing ever happened. I eat tuna and egg salad. My blood pressure is fine, don't have a cholesterol problem though both run in my family. My favorite about steak as a kid was the fatty edges. My parents stopped cutting it off because I still ate it. I could eat salami, pastrami and pepperoni forever. When I get money it's back to my favorite. Baked chicken and the skin is the best part.

I eat nothing but chicken most times and nothing bad has happened. I grew up on steaks, lamb and pork chops. Not a biggie to me. Fear tactics, marketing, using bad reactions to some and putting it on all to change people decides most eating habits. I eat what I want. At 61 having eating lots of meat since childhood hasn't affected me one bit. No amount of marketing fear mongering will change my meat eating.

Heart disease is hereditary. My uncle ate little meat, loved salads ate no sweets. He got Atherosclerosis and an enlarged heart. Where he got Alzheimer's is a mystery. It didn't run on his side.
Too much dairy messes me up. Lactose intolerant.
I must be made differently. Other than dairy, feed me any meat the more the merrier and I'm good. Roar!

I can't tolerate dairy. I don't miss it. I drink either water or tea. If it's cheap I get hamburger. I like it raw. Long story on that. I like pork. Steaks are hard to chew with a few less teeth. Baked chicken is my go to. I eat few salads. Had enough of them growing up. The only meat I won't eat is veal. Hate it.

Red meat is good. I prefer lots of chicken. Easier to chew. Meat helped our primitive brains to grow. Meat and fish give needed protein. But we're homnivores. We can eat nothing but meat or nothing but fruits and veggies or both at the same time. Anything beats starving.

I don't know about this. My uncle died skiing down a mountain at the age of 75 and he ate nothing but red meat. He believed that we eat what we catch. He lived in the wild and hunted everyday. He was a strong healthy man. So I'm not sure if I believe all of this.

I'm on the carnivore diet and eat only meat and I feel better than I have in my entire life I'm not depressed anymore my energy is through the roof and I'm definitely not constipated - anyone who eats this way knows what I mean

Wait everything you mentioned in this video has been debunked, why are you giving us out of date studies? People are on the carnivore diet as we speak and have reversed many conditions while staying healthy

Studies are misleading. They take a small slice of the population. They get messed up then the fear mongering starts. Now everyone has to change their diet. Not me!

Oh please! I burn hamburgers all the time! I've never had cancer from it. Cancer runs in families for a lot of things. Cancer runs in my family. I've never had it.

I love steak and meat but this is too much. There is a reason why the Atkins diet was found to be unhealthy and actually detrimental to your health.

Saying that organic grass fed beef is high in antioxidants is very misleading when you compare it to many plant based sources!
