If Earth were the center of the solar system, the current understanding of celestial mechanics would be fundamentally different. It was Christian dogma that put the Earth at the centre. Other cultures most probably were not quite as foolish! Having said that from the context of relativity. the viewer IS the centre of the Universe. In space and time? If a rocky body like the Earth were at the centre of the Solar system then assume it had enough mass to hold onto the planets. Then it would be as dense as a white dwarf or even a neutron star. It would be spinning at least 20 or 30 times a second! Its surface gravity would be millions of times higher than Earth. If memory serves I think the Suns surface gravity is about 30 times the Earth! The highest in the Solar system. These -What if- video's are enjoyable don't get me wrong but they are drifting towards the Absurd?

The sun is not the center of the Universe, because it orbit around Sagittarius A-. Sagittarius A- is the center of the Universe. Sagittarius A- is a black hole in the center of the Milky Way. All the stars in the milky way orbit around Sagittarius A-. It's like star system with planets orbiting around stars or planet to moon with moons orbiting around planet.
