I mean if it stays mostly like that fake trump clip we're set, you can see the face wobbling in an out independent of the head. But once those sort of glaring hallmarks are gone, we're going to be in serious trouble trying to tell what's fake and real.

this technology combined with the photoshop voice will make possible to create something that didn't actually happen, a video proof will no longer be reliable, this is scary as shit.

This technology hasn't overcome the uncanny valley. anyone looking at it could easily tell that it's not real, but such might not be a problem for much longer.

I could tell immediately it wasn't real. CGi always looks fake because the textures are either not detailed enough or over detailed.

This really isn't something completely new. There are apps that exist now, like FaceRig, that do pieces of this really well.
