great story. I have had my phone on silent for almost 2 years. it seems like a much better way to move around my days. people still expect immediate responses? I always tell them if you are bleeding or dying call 911 otherwise you can wait. I can tell that doesn't land well. maybe someone else can help you with your fix.

Solution is so simple as many said here. So. the whole problem is just pumped up baloon. I can't get why Laureen Goodie have to talk 12 minutes on this. maybe being senior writer means you lose contact with the ground.

The democratisation of technology has been truly horrendous to behold. There should be an age limit of 18 and an IQ test required before you're allowed to use the internet.

I got the iOS 13 beta and recently at my mom-s birthday restaurant visit the iPhone proposed to me to activate Do not disturb until the event!

My phone is on silent 24/7. When it wasnt on silent I used to hear phantom buzzes all the time. I also imagined it ringing.
