What's different about food in space? Former NASA astronaut Mike Massimino breaks down all the differences between eating on Earth and eating in space. Is astronaut ice cream REALLY a thing? Who decides what food is brought to space? Can you eat burgers in space? Why do astronauts use tortillas instead of bread? Mike Massimino is a former NASA astronaut, senior advisor for space programs at the Intrepid Museum, and professor at Columbia University

I always noticed and was even going to ask that all these people in space almost look like they're holding their breath, and a little red like they have pressure in their head (looks awful uncomfortable to me. But that makes sense as to why they look like that if all of their fluids are going to their head because of the lack of gravity.

What's sad is that these amazing people going to space. Being an astronaut, but they are still some government entities play thing. The pinnacle of what it means to be human. Reach space. And they still take orders by some rich prick that fu ded it

Watching this makes me remember how I wanted to be an astronaut when I was younger. I gave up though, but since now I'm studying foods, I'm wondering if I can make foods for the astronauts or do a research about foods for space.

This is why I don-t get how you have these conspiracy people who say earth is flat and the trip to the moon was fake. Like how would all of that be made up? They must just ignore stuff like this video completely

Why 1 to 9? - NASA will have a reason, anyone know what it is?
My guess is it-s done so a middle-ground exists numerically. 1 to 10 has no fence to sit on but 1 to 9 does- 1, 2, 3, 4 (5) 6, 7, 8, 9

Can you write with a pencil in space and rub it to smear it or with if just get knocked off of the paper I don-t exactly know how that works with or without Gravity so I-m not sure

I wonder if astronauts on completely different missions with no connection stumble on each other sometimes. Like waving to someone close by and etc.

Not gonna lie the parts where he says -I-m in space- and the lighting changes while he-s just sitting there are cheesy, it makes me laugh every time -
