All this fish cannon news, and I was hoping this video would get into the physics of it. Unfortunately, it didn't. Is positive air pressure all it is, and if so, how do you keep the air moving only in one direction? Is there a mechanical flap that gets closed once the fish enters the chamber, thereby limiting the chute to a single fish at a time?

why is it that so much has to happen in order to help them do what is natural to them, oh wait cause theres a dam in the way and that dam is used for humans, the only challenge is for humans to adapt to nature, don't have nature adapt to civilization!

These people think that they're doing the world a favor. fish have got around dams since humans have built them and probably before that with beavers. stop tearing down dams and leaking mercury and other toxins into other parts of the rivers.
