It's pretty cool that the topic becomes more and more focused with application of the knowledge on sleep to various changing external and internal conditions, because that's why they are actually study sleep (which is to give better treatments to people with various disease conditions that may be caused by sleep. It surprised me that inadequate sleep (

I've watched every one of these 5 levels videos as of early 2022 and this one is my least favorite, because it seems like the guy is trying to flex all the time unnecessarily; I think he lost the grad student.

The way he talked to everyone like they were a child for the first three levels (only level 1 was an actual child) and then switched the whole language up once level 4 came along lmao

Whelp I made it up to level 4 understanding what was being said. Level 5 and it might as well have been the end unit for Korean on Duolingo. I-m definitely not there yet.

I like to skip to the expert parts so I can feel smart. I may not know what they-re talking about, but he loses me at the college level anyway

What about all those people who only need 4 hours sleep every day to be fully refreshed, it's a genetics thing and runs in their family.

I would like to know how my mind knows when to wake up as I regularly wake up a few minutes before my alarm clock?
