Racist? Really, doctor?
According to the doctor, some people had allegedly, shared the unsubstantiated theory, that contamination by the Coronavirus, could be prevented, by merely avoiding the vicinity of Chinatown. The doctor not only, noted the impropriety of this theory, but she took the brazen, unfounded, and irresponsible leap, of brandishing it as -racist-!
There is no evidence to substantiate the doctor's emphatic assertion, that the matter was racist. It might just have been the result of people feeling scared and misinterpreting, the existing information. By asserting that it was -racist-, the doctor didn't leave any room for other explanations.
When this doctor, recklessly, and with insufficient evidence, branded the matter as -racist-, she diminished the ability for actual racism, to be granted the gravity that it should have. Ironically, she exhibited the same twisting and ignorance of facts, as did those who she so harshly, condemned. Furthermore, if anyone displayed a hostile heart in this matter, it was she.

here's a fact: it's not racist. The wast majority of china lives in poverty, don't have access to clean water and medicine, vaccine, and they save money on hygiene such as soap, detergent, tooth paste, and live in large groups in tight spaces to save on rent. They bring this unhealthy culture with them and and live dirty no matter where they are. They are likely to be uneducated and would make irrational decision like giving refuge for a family member who may or may not be infected in the china town they live in, in belief they are helping them. They get them out of china legally or illegally and the infection spreads rampant.
DO NOT GO TO CHINATOWN. even if you think it's racist or wrong, it is a FACT. Judge wisely not out of sympathy or emotions.

at about the 3: 00 mark you use the term -racist- and -xenophobic-. talk about disinformation. Racist and xenophobic imply hate. At best it is discriminatory, but discrimination is not necessarily bad. It merely means being selective. Considering that many -Chinatown- restaurants employ recent immigrants who have just arrived and may not have the hygienic standards of the West down pat as yet, this sort of -discrimination- may in fact be wise in preventing spread of the pandemic.
Racism and xenophobic are now emotional knee-jerk terms and add no value to the situation.
Please choose your terms more carefully as you will only add to the confusion on the Internet.

I'm so stressed. I'm in HS in Australia 16+ confirmed cases I think. And we have fires, now floods. I don't know but bless those doctors and nurses and all people helping out in China and sacrifice their life's even if they have children. I love you all strangers so stay safe

It IS astonishing how fast the progress in finding the cure is. Although, don't you think it's kinda sketchy that it's going so fast especially, the chinese researches on the virus. It almost seems like they already knew what to do. But what do I know, right?
reply

If you know so much, why not find cure for it. You're not qualified for this pandemic. You are better option than average people to get advice but you are not more qualified than WHO, which is asking us to be ready.
reply

I don't know how you keep us the lie of 'an N95 wont keep you safe'
Healthcare providers use them, it keeps them safe, they just don't want the public to have them
I'm buying an N95 and you can't stop me

reply

-0: 01 'by now you've probably heard about this new coronavirus', yep, I'm still here, didn't really expect to be, just hoping it at least takes out the CCP cancer once and for all on its way around the planet
