So let me get this straight, this world is a place of endless war, no matter how many alliances are made, no matter how many deaths be had, no matter anything that is ever accomplished, there will always be war, death, and suffering. Seems like a pointless place to live, these wars have been going on for what 1000's of years by now, with nothing even close to peace ever to be seen on the horizon. One has to question the motivations of such individuals to keep fighting, I mean seriously for what? Peace: NO, revenge: YES, Old Hatreds: YES, I mean seriously what is the end goal for all these races? Because peace and longevity is certainly not one of them, otherwise diplomacy and reason would be the greatest tools for that. I don't mean to put a knife into one of my favorite franchises but seriously what is the ultimate end goal for this story. It can't be just because they all have to fight for reasons, I mean where is the diplomacy, where is the reasoning and logic and a simple attempt to try and enforce a peace. Jaina and Thrall are the closest ones I have seen to even do something like this. Also wouldn't the populations of this world and the food stores be radically low to empty by now with all this fighting? How are all these races supporting all this chaos for this long? What is the point!

So, I'll ask a question for those that know more about the lore than me, I'm just beginner here, but for what I saw.
Putting bombs on the enemy fleet, and blow them when your own fleet approaches, it's a nice strategy. So, the enemy fleet has been severly damaged, what do we do? Well, FULL SPEED AHEAD, CHARGE, FOR THE ALLIANCE!
It's the same thing in Lordareon. Every single horde leader is inside. You have a massive army to siege it, what do we do? Well, CHARGE, FOR THE ALLIANCE!
Now, Sylvanas is surrounded, but she throws the blight or whatever the green poison is called, and their enemies leaders are trapped inside the city, what's the strategy? Well, CHARGE, FOR THE HORDE!
Tyrande and Malfurion lead the charge after summoning an ancient, very powerfull power, and what do we do? Well, CHARGE, FOR ELLUNE!
And Nathanos has the enemy charging, he's troops are less and not organised, as they are caught by surprise, what we shall do? Well, CHARGE, FOR THE HORDE!
Is there any general in the Warcraft universe that does know about any other military maneuver but CHARGE AT FRONT AND KILL EVERYTHING. Of course they always suffer heavy losses.

This was the biggest crock of shit and my goodbye point to Wow. Got so sick of Alliance being handed everything, from vanilla Alterac Valley changes, given pvp racials and all the story wins. After all the lore about the Zandalari and their navy -they can't have anything protecting their armada or the Alliance won't win so strip their vaunted defenses and give them all lobotomies! -

I swear to god, Gelbin is an absolute chad. The man got hit by a rocket, and even though his body is small he managed to get out of ship's shivers, being stunned after the explosion. Not only that, but he was able to find some power in his tiny arms to get the detonator up! A true hero of the Gnomish race! For Gnomeregan, For the Alliance!

Damn, I just realized that Jaina is wearing leggings, and black ones. With legs that nice, YEAH! (hate on me all you want ladies, I don't care, if you have nice legs that means you probably have a nice ass and if you are not afraid to show it off and that means I'm not afraid to look and appreciate the effort you have put into your bodies.

1: 22 Spymaster Shaw dragging an injured crewman out of the fire (to the left of jaina's purple shield. He may not be a shield summoning mage, and his job may be to spy and assassinate, but he's still an officer of the Alliance. and right then and there -- he's doing what he can for his comrades in arms.

how strange that i feel nostalgia for such weird expansion. but still it had the best story cutscenes like Jainas and Saurgang. And that desire to understand Sylvanas motivation but that was delivered just in next expansion and not so good. But still BFA had a cool story
reply

Such a heroic effort to murder a bunch of innocent trolls that hadn't even joined the horde yet. I'm sure assassinating their king on top of blowing up all their ships and crews will definitely not solidify their stance against the glorious and fair alliance.

I don't need to express how bad the game is now, but this cinematic and the huge involvement of Jaina is very disappointing. They could have gone 100 different ways with the lore. Thanks Activision for ruining my childhood, you shitheads.

I'm glad I stopped playing WoW, the writing is overly cliche anymore. I kind of hope N'zoth manages to kill all the major characters so everyone will have to figure out new anchor points for their moral compass.

Got up from a blast like that, rushed to the detonator that's about the size he is and lifted it, saved the alliance fleet, and still had the strength left to be a goddamn raid boss afterwards.
Respect.

reply

See, this is why I can't play Horde.
Alliance just has too many badass heroes.
The Horde heroes are either evil or are too indecisive and needed the Alliance to save their asses.

reply

We have seen Jaina freezing an entire zone, flying a ship and shooting magic cannonballs to annihilate an entire army. Why is she now standing still on a boat doing absolutely nothing?
reply

Again Alliance nutjobs can only win when they either use deus ex machina, plot armor or through dishonorable stealth tactics. Typical Alliance bias from Blizzard.
reply

biggest mistake. not giving an agent the detonator so that when THEY cleared the area. they could detonate it (or even a rogue at a distance with it)
reply

5 curses and spite live in each gnome this thruth can't be ignored--
the best way to get rid of a gnome is to throw that gnome overboard-

reply

I'll admit, when those ships go boom, it was double middle fingers to the Horde. I spent a lot of time setting those bombs!
reply

Isn't Jaina a powerful mage capable to accomplish incredible feats of magic? Yet she can't protect her fleet from a few ballista arrows?
reply

2 questions. why arent they zip zagging. run a serpentine pattern!
And 2 why full speed so close to the break waters. or the dock

reply

What a pitty, Alliance ALWAYS plays dirty i hope they will get crushed espiacilally this coward b---- of jaina!
FOR THE HORDE!

reply

Horde: -Does something bad- gets killed off in an expansion
Alliance: -does something bad- survives another 5 expansions.

reply

Great cinematic. But a sad one as well. For both Horde and the Alliance. Ty for this recapp bro. Great work as always. Respect.
reply

Why are are like 99% of the Alliance ships Stormwind vessels? Wasn't the whole point of going to Kul Tiras to get the Kul Tiran Navy?
reply

They really need to up their game with these cinematic. It will
Always be too cartoony, dramatic, and just overall fluff.

reply

It's funny everybody complains about the bombing of Paramore Jana City but it's all right for her to use bombs on these ships
reply

Someone want to tell me why she didn-t use the shield magic to protect the fleet, instead of just herself?
reply

Would have loved to see some Shado Pan accompany them. Their invasion of Pandaria has not been forgotten.
