Not exactly scary, but undeniably an interesting story! I’m used to Creepypasta titles having a theme that gives a good indicator of how otherworldly or scary the entity or events involved will be. In this case, saying the Moon is at War had my mind racing so much that I may have gone in with some preconceived notions,
When I first read the title I thought that it would revolve around something likethe moon itself being revealed to be alive as it unleashes monsters or a plague concocted by an alien intelligence within it that had chosen to declare war on humanity in response to the first attempt by humans to mine resources out of it. Would give a good sense of cosmic horror but still be a threat that can be faced in conflict.
