I have loved these movies. Jason and the Argonauts should rank first. It stood the hand of time. Started the love of movies for me. Still a favorite.
Loved the 300s. Loved the majesty of film. Wow. I can sit and rewatch forever. Troy, for lack of a better word, magnificent. A girl can die happy. Lol!
Ulysses. Another movie that sparked the live of film. No greater hero than Odysseus.
Should be in the top 3. Sparked creativity and beauty.

as said by another commenter, jason and the argonauts should be no#1, ulysses should have been on the list the orginal clash of the titans should be at least 2 or 3 the 1950s helen of troy should have also made the list as should the 7th voyage of sinbad. i was not a fan of 300 (i personly think it-s set in a post disaster world which would explain the mutant elephants and why the spartans are only wearing loincloths )

This list has Jason and the Argonauts listed above others? That is a joke/. Several of the honorable mentions should be easily have knocked out Jason. Interesting that Alexander the Great didn't even make the honorable mention. Would be interesting to see a list on Roman movies (Last Legion, Centurion, Arthur, Spartacus, among others)

I grew up in the 1960s, and what was popular at the theater on Saturday matinees? Hercules and Hercules knockoffs! Add to that Thor and Hercules in Marvel comics gave me a love for Mythology so that I studied actual Mythology! I have 70 or so Sword and Sandels (or Peplum if you will) movies!

The 300 movies are based on history and Wonder Woman is based on comic books more than any specific myth. They might be great movies, but I don't think they should be eligible for this particular list.

Troy and 300 are classics. 300: Rise of an Empire is a great movie. 2010 Clash of the Titans is a good movie. Immortals and Wonder Woman weren't great.

That guy in the Clash of Titans: doesn't he star in Hacksaw Ridge as the relatively close friend of Private Doss or is he the Captain?

The only reason for the 300 movie still to be fresh is because of the skill and brain of zack snyder.
