Outlander should have definitely been number one! It-s my favorite romance show of all time, with superb acting and an awesome storyline. I have seen hundreds of romance movies as well as romance-series and Outlander is definitely my favorite.

I'm going to add one that wasn't there: Lucifer. It's not a -Romance TV Series, - but there is an epic romance at the center of it. Everything else revolves around that relationship. I would certainly put it in that list.
