There's nothing particularly wrong with Dr. Manhattan's face, they should've got that Blueness for Genie, more luminescent. And he needs better face-capturing technology to be less Polar Expressy.
And I never pictured Will Smith in the role because he's funny but not as comedically skilled as Robin, there are other actors who come closer to that. Like the guy who was genie on broadway. Big pointy shoes to fill.
And your Genie looks awesome.

You've just proved that Disney would hit more of a home run, if they made the Genie completely CGI, with a CGI Robin Williams face.
I think almost everyone would accept it better, love it, be less critical of it than Will Smith AND would be a wonderful homage to Robin. Plus, CGI-ing Robin as the Genie, they could make him more flexible, ever-changing and fantasy oriented - the way his cartoon counterpart was.

Yeahh! I was so hopping you would do Robin Williams! I don't get why they are so obsessed with the live actions, I love animation and I think they are great and these movies where designed to be animated and look cool in animation, not like the creepy objects in the beauty and the beast live action. And more with Aladdin with such an iconic and beloved character which is perfect as it is. It's just gonna feel wrong

I hope they reference Robin in some way in the new version of the movie, like if they have the genie briefly transform into something like what you drew or even the classic version of Williams' Genie, or even if he's spoken about. kind of like what they did in Jumanji

Robin Williams IS still an amazing genie. I really don't understand why Will Smith was cast for the part. I don't hate the guy, just no, I don't think he fits the part.

This is an amazing piece, but I do think the face looks a bit off, angle-wise, but otherwise a beautiful and touching piece. Rest in Eternal Peace Robin, the one true Genie.
