I use pancake mix, a french vanilla flavored breakfast essential packet (you could use powdered coffee creamer in place of this) a hot chocolate packet, milk, vanilla, dash of salt, spoon full of butter, and chocolate chips or chocolate syrup if I have it. then microwave 1 minute and top with either icing, cool whip, or ice cream. It's a good little snack

Hi, hello. PSA: buy boxed cake mix. 1 part cake mix and 1 part water or milk. Microwave for a minute. Customize as you wish. Easiest mug cake ever. Youre welcome.
Also, dont use mug cake recipes with eggs. Eggs are not good microwaved.
