Former managers and employee of 5 years at McDonalds here. Two worst horror stories would have to either be from my first year and my last, first year Im working till 12pm closing the drive thru when I first meet the new overnight maintenance guy. His store nickname was dirty grandpa, long story short the man had bed bugs would spend all his money on hookers and porn, cleaned our fry dispenser with used toilet brushes and had managed to hide a double ended dildo somewhere in our store(16f at the time) Last year at McDonalds I was an overnights manager, one night I had no staff cuz of sick calls so I had to shut down my store. 2am Im in the back blaring music and doing dishes, I heard banging up front. I walk to the front and find two drunk idiot have managed to open my drive thru window and climb threw. They wanted food I didnt have any so they proceeded to try to go back threw the window and I just face palmed and pointed at the door 4 feet away. People wondered why I smoke

I actually work at McDonalds rn at the worst thing so far that Ive been thru is one of my coworkers as a bf who came in to pick her up we told her that her bf was here and whatever and she apparently didnt hear us and the bf started cussing us out because she wasnt let off and yelling about how the manager would be upset if she was 15 mins late mind you the lady Im talking about is about 50 yrs old and cant work for very long so I get it but we did what we were supposed to do. She told him to never come in and start yelling like that again she was so embarrassed I felt so bad for her.

I worked at dominos last summer, one time I took the order of a guy who at first I thought was a meth head or something because he was all sweaty, but when he handed me cash I noticed his hands were covered in dried blood. when i was 16-18 i worked at a mcdonalds and a bunch of people i went to school with worked there too, and this one guy who was in my grade got punched in the face at the drive thru window

Im glad the first girls manager took the situation seriously, most managers dont want the trouble of calling the cops or actually even doing something
