Law Students Answer Questions About Law School Helen: I adore law school and working in the law BUT I was VERY sure I wanted to be a lawyer. If you're not sure, get a job at a law firm first before going to law school. My class is full of wonderful people, and my professors are absolute angels (they do give you a lot of tough love, but they ultimately want the best for you. Stay positive, make friends, and go into it with the expectation to learn, not to be at the top of the class. I was able to keep from burning out because I was realistic about my class rank. Also be kind to people in the legal profession and be honest about who you are! I got my dream externship by being open about my substance abuse issues, and that kind of experience helps me relate to the clients.

I like the ideea of asking law students about the faculty they are doing, but try to think that this is only the Anglo-saxon system of law. Make a video where latin law system is describes because it is sooo different than the anglo-saxon one. I am a law student myself and to be honest, I didn't understant much of this video just because I dont know the saxon syste.
And one more question, guys. The only path you can take from law school is a lawyer career and then, after being a lawyer you can be a judge or a prosecutor? I mean, in most europeean law, after you finish the faculty of law you can become a judeg, prosecutor, lawyer, a notary career and so many more, you just need to pass the entrance exam.

I never really seriously considered law as my first career choice, it just happened by chance. I remember going in to a bookshop with both my parents and my younger brother who had decided to join Med school. and I caught a glance of a book on Human Rights on one of the shelves. I just turned to my parents and said, Well, wouldn't it be cool if I went to law school. that was 6/7 years ago. I graduated 3 years ago. I'm now waiting to be admitted to the bar. to anyone who wishes to join law school if you're going in for the money just look for another course before it's too late

This video really opened my eyes to a lot of stuff. I have always wanted to so something with the law. I first started off getting a degree in criminal justice. Then tried to get into law enforcement, but due to health reasons I couldn't finish. So I changed my direction to the law side. I am currently in my last semester of school to get my paralegal degree and all my teachers told me not go to law school. But after watching this, I may try and go for it. Thank you for making this and thank you to the students for telling ur experience.

No they try to charge you for things that havent happened or for their crimes and Its way too risky its not even a real degree anymore I have one of those that bypasses her transcendental idealism. She wanted 80 percent. She becomes a joke, we use to look up to her so do I but I just wanted to. Expectations but I get my life back and we are trying to be non criminally responsible.

An actual answer for the question abt the different sentencing is mainly to do with plea bargains. If you please guilty for a crime you get a lot less time than if u go to court saying that u r innocent and the jury decides u are guilty. If you are convicted guilty in trial, you get the maximum amount of time

Going to law school is like constantly drowning in a pool of your own tears but keeping your head right above to answer the questions from your lecturer so that u dont embarrass yourself in a class of 120+ persons. It's also having your class dropping from 180+ to 120 in a month

It's worth it if you graduate from a top 6 law school with no debt and being in the top 10% of your class. Otherwise, you're just rolling the dice. Please see my videos to learn how life as a J. D. is more likely to turn out.
