The answer/solution is to get a sleep therapy and let him/her tell you what interferes your sleep. So it means it depends on the type of person on how she lives. Let's say your always on your gadget and sleep time pass through and your still awake till 3 well you better put your gadget down. Having a sleep therapist is almost like talking to someone who'll honestly tell you what are the bad habits that you do that stops you to get good and long sleeps but of course you'll need to openly share your routine and tell what you do when you can't sleep. For me I'm only 13 and stuff that was mentioned here that I do or use and helps me are the following:
Use a stuffed toy,
No nightlights (almost like blackout surrounding,
4-7-8,
Lavender oil,
I force myself to wake up even if I'm tired which makes me sleepy when I need to sleep (do you get my point,
Meditation is almost like the 4-7-8 but yeah I do a little meditation after doing my homeworks but with the quarantine I do it to let go off all the stress within the day even if I didn't to homework or review for a quiz,
I take a hot/warm shower or if you have a tub you may use it, as of me I don't so I'm sticking with the normal shower,
cold temperature in the room,
No pets sleeping with me (I love my dogs) but like how it happened in the video her dog steals her lobster and it feels like playtime than sleep time when I'm with my dogs
I imagine what I want to happen or fantasize (create a dream until it turns to a dream in sleep while eyes closed)
I blink rapidly when I'm bored but I don't necessarily count 60 seconds
When I'm sick I use 3 pillows to sort of help me breathe it elevated my head
Edit: wrong spellings hahahahahahaha

I happened to try a weighted blanket during a massage session after an accident, and WOW! It doesn't necessarily help me GO to sleep. But it does help me sleep better. I also have temp issues, so I don't use it all the time, as it can get too toasty for me, but mostly it's great.

Probably not useful for other people but I found that level grinding in Pokemon helps me fall asleep, especially when I work late. It helps me unwind. Also thinking about my plans for tomorrow seems to help too.

when I have trouble sleeping, I think to myself rest is better than being awake. just keep your eyes closed and rest. and then I inevitably fall asleep.

At 8: 27 when she tries the cherry juice. you are supposed to dilute the concentrate with water, which is why it was so thick and tart.
