Hi all, Emily here: grief can be such an intense and isolating experience, but it does get better (I promise) and you're never alone. Don't be afraid to reach out for help or talk to someone you trust, lean into what makes you happy, and I hope that you find your Monster Jam.

Change my diet for week.
Only traditional foods that come from
French. If you have the option to cook do that. Remind for what you put in your body. Make sure your drinks come from that country. It will be more authentic you go to a restaurant that has that native tongue. Try food that you didn't expect that would taste good. Do not alternate the food. Do eat 3 meals and 2 - 4 snacks. Do you cook at home only if you have those ingredients. Do you enjoy yourself. Do unexpected things for yourself. Do be open minded to different types of foods and meals.
When you're able to.

An overall great video with a greater message: Life can get you down, but you will always bounce back stronger than you were before.
Everyone has their own way to regain how they felt prior to what caused their grief and I'm glad Emily found hers.
Stay positive everyone, in particular with these unusual and trying times.

Ow it hit hard when she told us about her twin. I have a twin brother and I'm going to be honest idk if I'd make it if he passed so young let alone before me at all. It takes a lot to get through that. I loved the video and I love monster jam
