It's like a french fry salad. Special thanks to: + Poutine Brothers Brittany: Why do Canadians feel so offended if someone, especially if their Americans, doesn't like Poutine? It is literally just fries, gravy and cheese curds. I've had it before, and yes it's good but it's also way overhyped. It's definitely not the best thing I've ever tasted. Americans are often mistaken as rude because some of them are just brutally honest with their opinions and they don't really care if they insult someone. Canadians don't like to say what they really think in order to be polite. but behind closed doors, they're just as rude as Americans. Let the American girl state her opinion and stop getting so salty over this food. sheesh.

I'm from Maryland and I never heard of disco fries. I was born in Montreal and I went back last summer since I was a baby and tried poutine. It was so good and I miss it so much. I only had it twice though. I did not speak much because my French pronunciation sucks but if I could do better I would of ordered more.
